All orders will be delivered by our own staff using our own vehicles. We will make every effort to deliver within the time-slot stated in your order, but the Company will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.
For Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah orders of AED150.00 or more are entitled to a free shipping. Order below AED150.00 will be charged with AED25.00 for shipping. Please check with our Customer Service representative for a specific delivery date according to our schedule.
Haji Abdul Rahim Trading LLC offers you a convenient service of delivery. Deliveries are made from Saturday to Thursday. Orders received after the cut-off time of 4 pm will be processed the next day.
We do our best to deliver exactly at the time selected. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you registered as a member. In the same manner, an e-mail will also be sent if your order has been disapproved or discontinued for whatever reason (e.g. not within the deliverable area, etc.)
